Emily was very helpful, friendly, and pleasant.

The unit was not the one pictured in the listing and was different than what i was expecting. As I told Emily, I'd love to look at other units in that building, and/other Sinatra listings in the same price range

There is no heating, or the heating is inadequate. Saint Neri is excessively loud, disturbing neighbors’ sleep and peace. Additionally, a mouse was found in the apartment.

Price of $1900 a month is outrageous with no good reason to stay. Laundry room was expensive and always down a machine. Neighbors would harass my dog and sit at my dog barking at her. All around 2/10 experience.

Reinforcement of security for main entrance to the buying and package delivery should be a must. It is upsetting to have to deal with insecurity and lost packages because of the odd set up of the delivery room.

The charge for building electricity is insane, then rent is overpriced, and having way fewer parking spots than necessary is a testament to how overpriced the rent is. This cost for having to park on the street is absolutely ridiculous and predatory.

Amanda did a great job showing The Annex apartment 106. It was a tough decision, and though I didn't choose the Annex I appreciated their professional team, timeliness, and responsiveness. Wishing your team the best of luck.

Emily was great, on time and knowledgeable. Friendly and professional she seemed enthusiastic about the company. Emily answered my questions clearly and offered solutions for my concerns. The property itself was not exactly what I was looking for but again Emily offered other options. Overall a great experience just not exactly what I was looking for in a space.
