A company full of liars and violators

The parking lot is not accessible during the hours of 6-9 for people paying rent to be able to park due to the people from the restaurant parking in the lot.

Emily had great energy and was very knowledgeable about the location and the rental property.

My physical key (the one used for my apartment) does not open the building door. I was given a new one which has the same issue.

Overall very pleased. ThankYou!I’ve read some negative commentary re: parking ramp at night. Maybe some type of security hire for that location (?). I am hesitant to park there overnight. Beyond that, very happy here thus far!

Undisclosed billing information that was told to me on the day of move in, apartment was dirty and had multiple issues including lifting tiles, previous tenants items still inside, locked out of my storage unit to name a few

I did write to not enter if I wasn’t home as my dog was out of if I would’ve known they were coming today before I went to work I would’ve kenneled her

Emily showed me around the property and answered all of the questions I had during the tour and throughout the application process. She was kind, friendly, and professional

Majority of the time its peaceful. Just stepping out to trash bags in the stairwell. The trash room is horrible. The laundry room residents dont like to clean up behind themselves. I clean our lint traps on dryers before I use and after I use. I have found makeup in the lip of the washers before I use them.
