Not today

I love the apartment that I stay in, but if I’m being honest, since I moved in the overall cleanliness of the hallways and entrance areas have declined significantly the floors are dirty. The elevator is dirty. The elevator walls are dirty not to mention someone in this building although there are no smoking signs everywhere continues to smoke and at times it fills my apartment. Also, my car has been vandalized twice one with a broken window that had to be repaired at my own expense. Because the gate that was supposed to be fixed back in April still remains not fixed on the parking lot. I do feel like this is a very nice apartment, but there are things that can definitely be improved for the amount of rent that is being charged.

From initial contact the rental experience has been nothing short of phenomenal! I’m moving to Buffalo and am currently 3 hours away. Emily was not only knowledgeable and accommodating, but went above and beyond to film apartments of interest due to my locale and needing to find something quickly. Personal, professional and empathetic, she partnered with me to help get me into a new home in a new city. I cannot thank her and Sinatra & Co. enough for making what could be a daunting move so simplistic and seamless.

Tyona was nice and interested in my needs as a renter. Hopefully will be my new home.

Would appreciate more of a focus on updating and doing maintenance of the building itself. I have had a good amount of issues with the laundry room, as well as my heating system. I don’t believe my thermostat is functional, and just think the equipment has reached the end of its life schedule. That being said, I have loved living at Spaulding building.
