It is far too expensive for the living conditions that we have. The walls are so thin, much thinner than any other apartment I have lived in. The amenities are basically nonexistent. The pool was barely open last summer and it’s the only thing we have here! Let’s not even talk about how there seems to be only one maintenance worker? A place this size needs at least 5. Plus they need to be able to schedule time to enter apartments because we all work for a living and cannot just wait around hoping for someone to show up. I know the profit margins on a place like this must be exorbitant, so how about using some of that extra money to actually try and make this place somewhere that is nice to live.

The new staff is amazing to work with, but the entire time living there the management was hell. I am so glad to be out.

The staff was great especially Colleen and Raul! They went above and beyond when making my daughter and I feel welcomed! They were also very helpful in explaining the process and helping us find what best suits our needs and comforts

Employee was genuinely friendly, patient, and clear about which questions she was sure of and which questions she had a strong guess about but couldn’t give certainty about.

Apartment lofts look good and spacious, but the AC condenser unit takes up most of the balcony so you lose that amenity.
