Pool only being open a handful of months a year is disappointing with the cost of rent. Pool and therefore access to grills was closed for the 4th of July of all things. Cherry on top is of your hot water heater breaks in the summer months they'll tell you state law doesnt consider that uninhabitable and they'll take 4 months to fix it. Better landlord than most but the bar is so low that doesn't mean much.

I had some experiences with crime while living here and had some strange neighbors at one point.

Yes, it cost too much to live here specially, thrown in the trash and everything like that. I’ve registered stuff that needed to fix in my house time and time again and it doesn’t get fixed. Mainly my air-conditioning being too close to my storage unit. I seen the maintenance guy last week and I asked him why they didn’t come in the week before when they said they did and he said he would run back to the office and talk to a supervisor and never came back again. I still have ants around outside of my house.I have quite a few spiders in my house.No one respondsPeople do not clean up after their dogs and if they try, there are only enough potty station bags which happened when someone else own this place too about four years agoI really need to be ending while lease. There are still people who are around here. That are smoking marijuana. Etc.I am in 3210 apartment, number one someone to actually from the office

The house was amazing the the neighbors were not good the neighbors below me were constantly slamming doors all through the night at one moment the guy downstairs was breaking out his window at 3 in the morning and at one point in time his brother shot through the floor with a gun and we were all escorted out by the Longmont Police Department then less a week later his brother was drinking and driving and hit my car while it was parked and the apartments were notified and nobody was told anything by the apartments.

Your manager Raul is a very good, hospitable person and strives to make sure things are good living there. I do miss being there right now as my apartment flooded about 2 months ago and I've been staying in a hotel for a month. I just hope my apartment will be ready soon so I can go back home. I miss the eagles that come everyday. And being by the lake.

There were a few issues with the unit, such as wasps, frequent police and EMS response at neighbors, and though there was someone who went around cleaning the dog poo, there were a lot of folx who never cleaned up after their pet, despite bags even being provided. As a dog owner myself, that was annoying to see but glad the complex was making an effort.

Its near impossible to get anything fixed in a timely manner or at all. The grounds are often trashy and the grass is dead. Also, there are several abandoned vehicles with expired tags.

bugs can get inside the unit from the chimney even when chute is closed, there was a dead yellow jacket in the living room, space/room to move around in is not ideal, dog park has a couple activities for dogs but is very small with a shorter gate than ideal for dogs of medium to larger size, pool has a fixed opening date of June no matter how hot it gets before then, did not see any cigarette butts on the premisis 😀, did catch a whiff of marijuana while walking outside on the grounds, landlady was very friendly and answered all my questions, outside storage closet paired with porch, dishwasher, compost disposal, bathroom fan, carpet in rooms, hard flooring outside of bedrooms, forgot to ask how permeable the walls are with sound both ways

This place has black mold in the walls, an ant/bug problem… the beams that support the porch above us are deteriorating from termites. Someone tried to break in twice in the first few months of us being here. Broken bottles in almost every dumpster area CONSTANTLY! Oh and no microwave included so good luck trying to reheat food quickly. This place is terrible and overpriced!
