Everything was filthy. The walkways, the entry ways, the apartments were falling apart. There was trash outside and a pair of underwear on the sidewalk. The apartments were stained and smelled like smoke. Everything looked neglected.

Mostly good experience overall but there's a lot of noise that goes unchecked. Lawn equipment being fired up before 8am at times, snd excessive engine n noise as well as 6am from residents that also seems to go unchecked. Staff is friendly.

Just wondering if you’re gonna power wash all the spiderwebs that are on the side of the building so on the entries of the doors

It is a great place to live. But for the amount of money we pay vs what has needed to be fixed is crazy. The balcony, the heater and ac are currently not working. And the construction that needed to be done on the pipes was ridiculous.

Exteriors are run down, demo unit was a mess, mgmt team wasn’t aware of my appointment despite calling prior

It was a nice tour and the customers service was good. The apartment was alright besides the kitchen which was very compacted. Couldn’t open the oven or the drawer next to it. Also the cabinets next to the oven and refrigerator wouldn’t open all they either. A big design flaw.

The location is beautiful and convenient, price is average. There needs to be updating of the kitchen, bathroom, windows and grounds.

Your complex is really run down. A little caulking does wonders and shows someone cares, but the units are trashed.
