Misleading information when moving regarding amenities not available for more than half of my 15 month lease. No parking. EXTREMELY thin walls, not insulated well. Can hear everything.

I really liked the apartment but the big problem I had was the huge air conditioner on the patio that made the patio useless.

The office and maintenance staff has done a great job since taking over from Advenir. The only thing I would like to see is installation of EV chargers so that Sky Rock remains a competitive option compared to similarly priced properties.

There is inconsistency in communication between tenants, maintenance, and the front office. They will give a wide range when they will be at your house so you have to change your schedule and they won’t even show until the next week. When you call the front office they are confused and have no idea what is going on. As well and there will be no communicated changes to the property like the new door lights they installed that now can trigger my migraines due to the brightness and color of the lighting. I’m less likely to suggest them to anyone because of these inconsistencies and even the fact that I have had workers come into my apartment without a forewarning and won’t be told about it later and only know because of my own security systems in place.

Office people can be rude as well as maintenance excuse me of smoking and I never have smoked even excuse me of smoking pot in my place

Would like better communication, from both management and maintenance, there is a lot of water that floods into the walk ways for garden level apartments, which then gets tracked into our home, keeping the dog bags stocked and or emptied, yard maintenance lots of leaves blowing into apartment or in front of door
