Guy was great and replaced the breaker. This did not solve anything.

The notification letter from Minto stated March 24th as the service visit but the Francis Fuels guy showed up on Friday the 20th.

Having no air conditioning is a big element. The same can be said about the heating system. It is very old/outdated and it’s very hard to be sustainable with these older systems. My last note is that there is 0 sound proofing. We can hear absolutely everything happening in all of our neighbours homes. Otherwise it’s a good layout in a great location. The amount of bulkheads can definitely be reduced

I expected this company to join us despite the poor economic situation in the community, but we received a letter stating that the company wanted to charge more from the tenants to cover its own financial arrears, which was very undesirable for me and my family.
