Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I especially appreciated how clearly the features of my new 2025 Outlander were explained and how transparent the financing process was. The team worked well together and made the experience feel organized and customer-focused. I truly don’t have any suggestions for improvement — it was a great experience from start to finish.

I also wanted to note the positive experience I had with the finance person ( I forgot his name). He throughly explained the extended warranties and other products he offered. I appreciated that he was honest with what they are and are not - I bought this car for the reliability and he wasn’t trying to convince me it would break down and to get an overpriced extended warranty. Also, they didn’t seem overpriced for what they were offering. My family member used to work for EFG and I have access to those warranties at a discount so I declined and he respectfully moved on with the rest of the process and didn’t give me a hard sell, which I appreciate.Obviously, the facility could use some work, but I am excited to see when it is renovated and look forward to visiting a new showroom.Chris was very attentive to me, on time, and had an answer to all my questions (I like to get technical with features and geek out, and he knew all about the vehicle which was great). Also, I felt I was treated fair. We negotiated some, and he didn’t drag it on for hours, unlike negative experiences I’ve had at other dealerships. I did not interact with many other employees other than for a few seconds, but everyone was friendly.

Customer service was top tier! I couldn’t be more thankful for Yester! He helped me get into the exact car I’ve been dreaming about. Everyone is so kind and Jordan in finance was so beyond helpful in answering all of my questions too!
