The Minto admin team has been great, always responsive and helpful.However, there are a few concerns. The garbage area at the garage entrance is often messy, and it doesn’t leave a good impression. We’ve also noticed passersby sometimes leaving dog waste or other garbage there.Additionally, the unit is not very soundproof. We can hear footsteps and movement from neighboring units, especially on the stairs, as well as noise from children running.When we moved into unit 52–58, we were informed that exterior painting and balcony renovations would be completed, but there hasn’t been any update or progress so far.Overall, while management is supportive, these issues impact the overall living experience.

Garbage everywhere because there are no covers on trash bins, trash blows into yard and into parking garage.Overall, across all of the aspects, our living experience with Minto has been pretty poor. Too many things to cover in one survey.

I am not in a stacked townhouse, but at 30 Eleanor, so I am assuming this is a generic email for the Skyline area.

Considering how many times we have requested service for the faulty actuator, and it is still a problem now after the last visit, instead of simply sending a super to reset it over and over, you would be well served to actually send HVAC to replace it with a better model.

The neighbours are loud and obnoxious, and I reached out to the office; they asked me to record the noise caused by banging and stomping in the building's structure. I regret moving here!

The new Management Team (so far) has been responsive in addressing issue and letting you know. If this is how things to come, very impressed. Time will tell. Many issues remain unaddressed (or just gave up for lack of caring) will try addressing past concerns again once it is warmer and we can meet. Not all of the past team were useless or appeared not interested. But several can only be classified as useless and ineffective.

Kitchen was just to be painted the ceiling caulking was removed and redone in kitchen was done a week ago the bathroom was to be caulk but was never done.

Windows needs refurbishing or replacement. Cold air getting into the unit.

Rent went up big time. Why $89.00 too much in one year
