Just say thank you to the person who come over for repair work, he is so professional and experienced, he seems to know what he’s doing and I like the way he explains what he is about to do. He is respectful always taking off his shoes and never leaves any mess behind. Five stars for him 👏

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Skyline Stacked Townhomes to anyone.Maintenance is consistently delayed and rarely completed on time. It requires multiple phone calls and repeated follow-ups before any action is taken, and even then, responses are slow and unreliable. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for tenants.Despite the poor service, rent continues to increase every year by several percent. Instead of improving conditions or offering any consideration to tenants, management chooses to raise costs while failing to meet basic service expectations. This is unacceptable.Furthermore, tenants are often asked to pay for repairs related to normal wear and tear, such as door issues or moisture-related damage. These are not tenant-caused damages, and shifting the financial burden onto residents is unfair.Due to these ongoing issues, I am seriously considering ending my tenancy in the near future. Overall, the management has failed to meet reasonable standards of service and accountability.

This is one of the best places I’ve lived in my adult life. The building and admin staff are incredibly helpful and supportive. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else

The unit in the complaint continues to smoke in their unit, regardless of being told not to. Do we complain every time the hallway is unbearable? At what point should we confront the residents?

We had no hot water and called to report and were told to put in a work order request on Rent Cafe. We thought no hot water was considered an emergency and required us to call. No one reached out to us until the next day. We did here men talking and we guess working in the boiler room the day we filed online

Great location but VERY cheap construction!Can you sound proof the units a bit better? I can hear when my neighbor coughs! Also the parkee floors are the worst i have ever seen. Just a few drops of water or humidity and the tiles come off. But I guess we are getting what we pay for, where else can people of modest income go? Maybe it is better the units stay this way so poor people dont have to move out

There is a communication problem with the coordination office in Deerfield. They are not cooperative enough. I cannot recommend anyone to rent an apartment under these circumstances, although the maintenance services are excellent.
