Maisha Beasley and Her Staff members are very nice to work with. There is a need to review and work of Screen- door facing the city .

We do not have use of all of our outlets , will keep telling the maintenance person and he tells us he has to call an electrician, but that was two months ago and says the same thing every time he comes. Our dryer does not dry our clothes properly and it snags and tears and winds up our clothes, ruining some items. He came and put in putty to try to “fix” the problem, but it didn’t do anything. We also have been having issues with our dishwasher. I clean the filter regularly, more than I should have to, and it’s still leaves sediment that is not food from our dishes. We told him about this issue, and that we clean the filter, and he just told us to clean the filter more and contact him if the problem persists. We told him it had been like this for six months, so it was persisting and then he left.

The service was completely promptly and securely. I can’t begin to say how helpful and courteous the maintenance team is at our building. They make living here as great as it can possibly be.

I am trying to sign a new lease extension for past 30 days. So far have a problem that needs to be worked out. I have met Maisha Beasley twice and asked for help? Your staff and Managment are very professional on what they do But at this time. I can not get this renewal done. Please consider help me to work it out
