I'm very pleased with the service team (Gabe Leonard) at Smail Acura, the service aspect of my experience is very positive. I'm treated as a valued customer and consequently, I've leased another TL just last summer. However, my repair invoice (1/9/2015) was very alarming. My reason for service was to repair the low beam on the passenger side. The total on the invoice (including new wiper blades) was far higher than I felt justified ($967.67). In my opinion, the price of the inverter unit ($614) is price gouging. The price of bulb ($202) is higher than it should be, but the inverter unit price left a bad taste in my mouth. I've spent thousands of dollars at Smail to maintain my cars, but this experience is not acceptable. Either Acura is exploiting loyal owners for higher than fair margins on replacement parts OR this is just a poor design. Either way, as a consumer. I feel that I was victimized by Acura. Your service team was placed in an awkward position when attempting to explain the exorbitant cost of this repair. Sincerely, Jay Selia

The staff was very helpful. I was kept informed as to the progress of my vehicle. The lounge area was well equipped and provided beverages and Internet connections. I came away very impressed with the level of service and professionalism of the entire dealership. Thanks for a pleasurable experience.

My experience on my most recent service experience was excellent. The service team was able to accommodate seeing me on the same day that I called. The team reviewed the issues that I was having with my battery and determined that it was covered under warranty. I always appreciate the professionalism of the entire service team.

Everyone at the dealership is so friendly, so helpful. I honestly feel at home when I brings vehicle in for service. My salesman Clint always approaches me asking if he could help with anything if I have any questions about my RDX. I love my Acura and I love Smail's. Thank you all!!
