I was immediately attended to by the cheery face of Amy. She advised me of what my apt. would involved in a mannerism I easily understood and showed me the waiting room. The waiting room was very comfortable. My vehicle was attended to in a timely manner and came out looking like day one. Most people cring at going to a vehicle apt. like a dentist. Smail and Amy make me look forward to the next one. Great job Smail crew!

When my brother and sister inlaw took me to Smail to see the Kia Soul, it was love at first sight. Even though I do not do much driving I like my independence and need to replace my 1987 Honda. I have had no trouble what soever with my car and am happy with it. I will surely come back to Smail when I am in want of a new vehicle. The staff are the best I have ever had the occasion to do business with.

Without a doubt, your dealership has been the best you could ask for! They follow up on everything that I need done on my Sorento, which hasn't been much because the Sorento has been worry-free so far. Amy in your service center has taken care of us every time we go there and has always treated us fantastic! That smile of hers helps too! When we are looking for our next Sorento, we will be back.
