They are doing good job

Every time I visit this branch when I go and give them the account number they said this is not the correct account number. Which account do you want to take the money from even though I’ve just given them the correct account number. Then they’ve told me that I can name my account and so I’ll give them the name, but then they say no we can’t look it up by name. Every single time I go to this branch I have problems. They cannot get the money right they take it out of the wrong account and they can’t find the account because even though I give you the most accurate account number they still don’t know which one to take it from. They are the most incompetent branch that we attend in Conroe.

I absolutely love this Smart Financial branch and the tellers I especially love having Cindy help me every time I come in. She’s so friendly and welcoming and it’s just always such an amazing experience.
