I really like the friendliness of all the tellers. I really also like Smart Financial credit union

I went to get cash for the week. The tellers are always friendly and very accurate. I do this every week or two.

I just tried to call Smart Financial credit union it’s 309 in the afternoon and it was 230 when I started calling. I called different branches and got the same result. It’s just call back at our normal business hours on the website. The business hours is from I think 7 to 5. I was well within the timeframe and I could not speak with anybody. I am a member of Smart Financial and I will be going somewhere else.

I worked with Neal who is extremely helpful, courteous and patient. He is extraordinary!

A bit surprised by the application fee. Saw no mention on the web.
