Neal was very patient and understanding as we had to deal with auto dealership finance person who delayed processing my loan info and then they kept sending the wrong docs over or missing the one document Neal needed to process the loan. Even so, he remained patient and professional and did not rush me and settled my anxiousness throughout the ordeal.

Reminders about how deposits over $10,000 are limited per day, and how that will look or be handled would have been helpful … I had forgotten that and was confused once I later got on line to review the transactions of the day on my accounts.
