The tellers who work in the Conroe branch are a large part of the reason that we continue to do business there. They are always helpful and friendly.

VERY unfriendly and “short”, ie, not even speaking in a complete sentence. Her demeanor was I was imposing on her, having stepped up to the window for the transaction.
