I tried to make a mobile deposit and it was rejected twice so I had to come in.. the teller couldn’t tell me why it was rejected.. The check was fine.

All was very good. EXCEPT you spelled my middle name wrong & I called right away to advise my agent but I never received a call back. Please contact me with an answer.Thank you

It went smoothly as always

Not charging members a monthly fee for not meeting the direct deposit requirement. I am a member of another credit union that gives me $10 a month for using my debit card rather than charging me $10 a month . There are also other great perks with my other credit union that I did not get to enjoy at Smart Financial and the rates are better with my other credit union.
