DO NOT CHANGETHING, everyone was super knowledgeable and courteous. I can not say enough great things about my experience. I had some hiccups on my credit report that were still showing as "inaccurate" and still showing as Due. I LOVE how Kenia Bermudez was able to be my "voice". I sent her the Payoff Letters to show that those defaulted debts that were showing inaccurate were in fact paid in full. Sent her the paid in full letters and she sent them straight to your Underwriter. And I was approved. AND at a cheaper interest rate than what the Dealership was offering. Saved me 3 percentage points. EXCELLENT experience. Thank you! :)
