Not charging members a monthly fee for not meeting the direct deposit requirement. I am a member of another credit union that gives me $10 a month for using my debit card rather than charging me $10 a month . There are also other great perks with my other credit union that I did not get to enjoy at Smart Financial and the rates are better with my other credit union.
