I wasn't met with the usual kindness for which Smart reps are known. Also, the refund process is too long when the refund has already been initiated by the hospital.

The Credit Union notified me of the attempted fraud, had denied payment and was ready to work with me when they called. Great job!

I had an issue w Zelle a few weeks ago. At that time, SFCU should have told me it was going to turn off access to Zelle from my account. Instead I wasted 2 days trying to figure out what was going on. The customer service rep was great - asked me several security questions and then outlined what had happened. It took a few minutes for her to get back, but access to Zelle was restored shortly after my phone call. Thanks again to the rep. Much appreciated
