Speaking to Elizabeth was my second attempt at the same problem. The previous associate just dismissed the problem and literally said take care of the problem myself and then come back. It was like your doctor not listening to your symptoms and saying, ‘Take two aspirins and call me in the morning.

I paid off my truck and my RV. I got the RV title and not the truck title. I was told it was mailed May 7. I never got it and it’s my responsibility. I don’t think so. She told me I needed to contact the DMV or whoever it is and apply for a copy of the title. You would think it was your fault for me not ever getting the title of my truck. There’s gotta be a better way now. I have to do all the work.
