It couldn't have been any better.

So my issues were not resolved over the phone. My issues were I was not able to schedule Bill pay nor transfer funds from checking to savings. Kept getting errors very disappointed the problem could not be resolved. It seemed like my account must’ve been locked. it had to escalate to tax support which would be another 24 hour response. To me that’s not acceptable.
