I found out the problem was with zelle. The person I spoke with took the time to research what was going on so I appreciated that.

I called the 833-735-1897 as instructed by the text I received Wednesday night. I could not understand the woman on the other end. She was very nice and froze the card immediately but there was a sale pending that I never understood.When I called yesterday to get a new card that still had not shown up, and nothing had been taken out of the account that was not supposed to.
