No. I'm extremely satisfied with your service. Desire was friendly and helped me with my issue. Also I just wanted to say, the reason for my call was fraud. Smart Financial stopped it in its track. I do have to get another card, but nothing was taken from my account thanks to you. I'm extremely grateful and your customer service team is awesome!!!!

Lakendra was fantastic. My problem is that I have a car loan with you and set it up to pay from my account monthly for 60 months. But your crappy system locked me out for inactivity. Sent me a note saying that my payment was late and that you are now charging me a late fee. This is absolutely the dumbest thing I've ever encountered in the financial world and I'm almost 60 years old. I was told that I had to log into my account (that I only have for this car loan) every 30 days or I will get logged out again. Put yourself in my shoes. Do you have your mortgage set up to pay automatically, and does your mortgage company make you log in every 30 days for the next 30 years or they will lock you out and charge you a late fee??? This is so ridiculous. I will look for the first possible opportunity to refinance with another bank and never do business with you. I've had several loans with you over the years, but I'm done.

Liliana clearly explained what I needed to do to resolve my issue with the company. She even gave me the phone number to call, then told me what I needed to do in case I couldn’t resolve my issue with the company. She made resolving my issue so much easier.

I called about removing the restriction on me adding an external bank to my account. Everyone assured me it was done and taken care of. It was not. I checked back that day and the next and it still did not work. IT cpmputer department unfroze the button for PNC bank transfers ,which already was set up a long time ago, but did not let my request for Regions bank to go through. When I try to reset up Regions bank the website says it is already set up but no button shows up on the Smart Financial web site that would allow me to press it to make a transfer to Regions Bank. This is a failing on your IT computer department. Apparently there is a problem with communication between your special services department and your IT department. Perhaps they need better training.

No way of tracing transactions prior to deposit; even when given tracing number by the sending financial institution.
