Password. So many times I have to get upset with you because. You tell me that my password is wrong. Then wait for a code. I key in my password correct but no you didn't take it. Fix the issue with the password

She was no help and neither was the app. All I wanted to do was add a new credit card to be paid monthly with an electronic check to Citi bank. Well evidently it’s impossible. Smart Financial wants to mail a check & the mail is unreliable. I’m just really fed up with Smart Financial & ready to close my checking & savings account so I don’t have to deal with antiquated systems.
