No concerns at all. Sol was efficient and led me through getting access to my account smoothly, efficiently and professionally. Sol walked me through what I needed to do above all, stayed on the phone until I had successfully logged into my account.

She was no help and neither was the app. All I wanted to do was add a new credit card to be paid monthly with an electronic check to Citi bank. Well evidently it’s impossible. Smart Financial wants to mail a check & the mail is unreliable. I’m just really fed up with Smart Financial & ready to close my checking & savings account so I don’t have to deal with antiquated systems.
