While some of the staff are helpful and nice, the follow-up with issues has been slow and incomplete, and the website is antiquated and not user-friendly. My Mom actually just pulled her money out, and if I hadn’t refinanced my house with SM, I’d do the same.

I'm disappointed in customer service, overdraft fees, when I joined you guys, was impressed with the service you offered, now it seems I'm just a number, not happy about that, ya'll just don't go that extra mile to help members anymore 😕, just my observation

Offer competitive savings rates. Provide more brick and mortar branches with actual tellers and not kiosk. Get your online functionality up to par with mainstream banking. Allow more than $500 in an online transfer. transfer

Been with y'all about ten years and I was turn down for a truck loan and I have great credit score about 3 years ago... I have another credit union now I just haven't switched everything over to them yet....

Since 2022, I have not had a good in-person experience at your 610 & TC Jester location. When I took the time to send my complaint about that location and the gentleman in charge there -- you chose to stand by the actions of your banker and shut down the complaint. You showed me you did not care to at least make what transpired right and you know in the end - I agreed with your stance too! After all, who am I anyway to YOU?! No one at all! I shared what happened to me with my colleagues upon my return to the office. And to my surprise, I heard more stories and disrespect at that same location. So, your actions helped me and others in my office to look at alternative credit unions to make the switch for better online and in-person experience.
