The only problem I had was there was no way to expedite a new debit card. Mine was stolen a few days before I leave on international travel to a country where I may need cash. Time to get a new debit card was fixed at 7-10 business days. The agent was very helpful

Christian did his best and this is not his fault, but the issue is still there. The Zelle app is not working. I was told that there is an issues and it will hopefully be resolved in A WEEK OR TWO, which is unacceptable. That and the fact my son is able to use the app with no problem on his phone.

New debit cards should be priority shipped or available at a local branch. I should not have to wait 7-10 days after a fraud alert canceled my debit card
