I was inquiring about why I’m unable to transfer some money from my checking account to an outside account. I was interrogated for several minutes with insane questions such as how much money I zelled to someone in June. Are you people insane??? Do you realize that people make lots of home improvements, car repairs, etc and how (and why???) am I supposed to remember a transaction 3 months ago. Some of us have a very busy life and stressful jobs. Why are you holding our money hostage and interrogate us like we are some criminals when we are just trying to rearrange our money??? I will seriously reconsider depositing more money into your institution and banking with you. I used to love your credit union, since you guys offered me a fantastic mortgage rate. But now it seems like something happened and the service is not the same

The assistance from SFCU representative was appreciated. She was very knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. I was so grateful!

If we had more people like Lakendra everything would be alright
