I was totally disappointed that I deposited a third-party check (my son) and he's also a member, but I deposited some checks and assumed they were deposited because my receipt showed them to be only to check days later it wasn't nor was I notified. And I have a big issue with that.

I was upset, because I had tried to do a transfer from my savings to my checking the day before and app did not let me. I had an overdraft and it was not nice. However, Liliana was very comforting and patient and solved the issue.

Hard to stay a member when all the locations are being removed.
