The agent said she would call back and never did! She also indicate I was eligible for at least 2 reversals that never occurred. Terrible service Iām looking for another bank! After being a loyal customer.

Even though it wasn't the response I hoped for, the representative took the time to explain the Zelle process and what I could expect moving forward. She encouraged me to call back if things didn't go as she described. I appreciated this approach, as it helped me understand how Zelle works.
