I call a 800 number no one pick up. A branch member gave me the number when she could not help. Finally I call the 713 number and got excellent help. Thanks Alejandro you were really great

As a single person who teaches and has had health issues, I wish the credit union offered more grace.

The representative was going to send me a form to complete and return to stop payment for a debit to the City of Houston. I never received the form so I decided to just let the overpayment be used as a future credit on the account to the City of Houston.
