The representative was going to send me a form to complete and return to stop payment for a debit to the City of Houston. I never received the form so I decided to just let the overpayment be used as a future credit on the account to the City of Houston.

Having other Smart Institutions in other states would definitely be helpful. Based on the timeline that Smart Financial has been around. Other than that, everything is ok.

I report there was a charged for 100 I did not approved, they cancelled the card and they told me that they will send me a digital card. I went a store and tried to buy something, the emailed did not had the link for the digital card. I called and the later told me that the tech did not sent the link and that I need to wait for the actual card that it will take 7 days. Very disappointed.
