You locked me out of my account and then made me jump through hoops to try and resolve the lock you put on my account. I had to personally go into a SFCU location to get my account unlocked. Every encounter I have with SFCU is some how more convoluted than it needs to be. An example of SFCU is your "submitting feedback check box requirement", i can only hope that SFCU will take this negative comment into its customer service considerations.

Please hire more like Lakendra. She was very helpful, kind, and she made sure every question was asked and answered to identify that it was me who owned the account. That truly made me happy.
