I have been a member for more than 30 years. Most of the advantages for being with a credit union vs a bank have vanished. Plus, very little interest on savings accounts.

What is missing is there is no personal interaction in the bank with a live person. Only on line and greeter. Sad.

Locations are all inconvenient. Earnings on deposits are minimal compared to other options. Services are of dubious value.

After the fraud report and canceling my Cash Card I was required to call another phone number to request a new card and told it would take 7-10 days and that another company handled the replacement card and out of the area. I have traded with Smart and Teachers Credit Union for many years and in the past the customer Service would have handled the problem all at the same time, card in mail 2 days, no third party. This seems like the process was better in the past, probably faster, cheaper, in House, no outside parties. I would like to thank the Fraud group because of the speed of their service. I was on line with the company and the transaction was not completed nor Accepted.,
