wanted to transfer a sum of money from my personal account at SFCU to my personal account at Banca Transilvania...I was refused because I had to call from the States..So the logic would be: I'll take the plane for 8 thousand miles, to withdraw five thousand dollars from my personal account...Or if I die, I'm 71 years old, my heirs will make this journey...Billions of transfers are made per day, but SFCU, it doesn't do... RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!;😳

I wish it was possible that I could go on line and check transactions such as withdrawals and debits. I have not received a bank statement from you all since October. When I try to go on line I have trouble with the social security number that's on the second part of the form. Someone in your office tried to assist me in the past with setting up the account, but we were not successful. For some reason the computer would not allow me to change the SS number.

Problem wasn’t resolved and I was told I’ll just have to use a different form of payment.
