I’m extremely happy with the Call Center. I’ve always been treated with respect. My needs have always been met and taken care of. I live 45 minutes from the closest SFCU location, yes I have closer banks but, we have always received such great customer service at SFCU that we would travel 100 miles if needed. We love our Credit Union and wouldn’t change
