The member resources are not user friendly and make conducting transactions difficult to navigate.Also my safety in waiting at drive through is compromised.

The representative was very polite. However, she explained that she was unable to help the account password despite passing all security questions. She explained the protocols required that I provide a copy of my license.I no longer live in Houston area. I’ve mailed a written request to close the savings account, requested a check for the small balance.

I don't think Tracy has anything to do with the problem. I called because I discovered that my CD was not showing up on my statement each month. I got three emails telling me thanks for my email asking for help and to not send in multiple emails. I called the next day and I guess that's when I talked to tracy and she said she told The supervisors the problem and they are going to call me. Nothing has happened.
