It was midday and when I called back after attempting the suggestion, phone system said you were closed. I still cannot use Zelle through the SmartCU app.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed in how Smart Financial operates as an overall “Credit Union“. I am extremely hopeful that with the merger Smart Financial will become a credit union that operates like a credit union should.
