I called to sort the auto insurance issue since we received a letter and emails from your 3rd party company. I was told more than once to contact that company, which I did not want to since it is between you guys and them. I supplied what was asked, and it seems that there is a disconnect between SFCU and that company. I just wanted to sort it and asked to speak to the Sugar Land branch manager, and was told that I would receive a call back, which never happened.
