My interaction with the call center agent was professional and my concern is not with her but with the overdraft fee policy. I have been a long time member and am currently navigating a layoff while doing gig work to keep my account in good standing.On Monday, February 23rd, automatic payments briefly caused my account to go negative. Within one to two hours that same day I deposited funds that fully covered those transactions. Despite this, overdraft fees were still charged.These fees have made an already difficult financial situation harder and have added unnecessary strain at a time when funds are limited. I please respectfully ask that the fees from that date be reviewed and refunded given how quickly the balance was resolved. Please! Thank you for your time and consideration.

I was sent a letter about a fraudulent on my account for more that $1400 dollars. I have not authorized or made any purchase. However, there was a "Return Date By" instructions. I can not locate that letter and I am informing Smart Financial Credit that that purchase is fraud!Gloria Ann English
