More training for your staff. She was unable to truly explain what actually happened and I was placed on hold several times while she attempted to get answers for my problem. A correction was done but I am still not confident it wont happen again because of the "I dont know" answer she kept giving me.

Show more eagerness to help, I am a long time client, but she made me feel as if I was taking her away from something or someone more important.
