I wasn’t at homw when I saw the message that there was sn issue. That is why I called

The representative was kind and professional

I called about a bill that I paid on December 8 to be delivered on December 14. Due date December 19. Of $150. My bank has has not received the payment so I called and spoke to a young lady and she apologies for the delay for my bank and not receiving the money. She said that it had gone out, but that is not cashed in so evidently the bank has not received it. I did get a fined for $28 so I’m not happy about that. I’m not blaming anyone. She said it may be a delay in the mail . However, I don’t see why payment did not get to the bank in time, for I had I made another payment for another account on the same bank two days before and it has been received. MAIL or sent late? so I do not know what’s going on.

Zoe performed her tasks efficiently. My dissatisfaction stems from not being able to expedite a new debit card and it be sent internationally to me in Thailand. I had a similar experience with a credit card I have with Citi/Costco just prior to this incident. They were able to get me a card sent directly to me in Thailand via DHL in less than a week and did not charge me for shipping. Maybe SFCU should re-evaluate the policy of replacing a debit card quickly. Yes, I was offered a Digital Card to use for the next 30 days or so. However, it only works through Google Wallet or Apple Pay. I do not utilize either of those apps on my phone, as I do not trust the security of the information/transaction. Also, more information on how the Digital Card works would be most beneficial, especially if not having to use Google Wallet or Apple Pay for transactions.

Excellent Customer Service!!

Alloria was amazing!!! I will say it took about 16 minutes of me being on the phone just for me to be able to get my new account number emailed to me. I was on hold for a while, I'm not sure if that was the system or if she had to get things approved or not. I just felt like it was a long time to be on the phone. I appreciate her customer service and how friendly she was.
