I will not recommend your services moving forward! I had a terrible experience with Johnathan Bates and Raven at the Pearland, TX location. They did not reach out once to help me with my auto loan application and I had to facilitate all discussion. I have screenshots of 3 emails I sent with 0 responses. The last representative I spoke with informed me she was a loan specialist but did not want to speak with me regarding application. Every time I called I was informed every one was busy, I am unsure why. I left a review on google.com so others will not have to experience such treatment.WWW.BBB.COM
