I report there was a charged for 100 I did not approved, they cancelled the card and they told me that they will send me a digital card. I went a store and tried to buy something, the emailed did not had the link for the digital card. I called and the later told me that the tech did not sent the link and that I need to wait for the actual card that it will take 7 days. Very disappointed.

As old as I am, it is not often that I receive the kind of assistance, feedback, and information I received from Ms. Shonda. I know I'm messing up her name but she is an asset to Smart Financial. She was both professional and personable in communicating with me. She never rushed me and put me at ease while explaining what I needed to know.

My experiences with Smart Financial was very well taken care of.
