I visited a location I normally visit and Google Maps still said was there to find out no one is at that location anymore. Then I went to another location and attempted to withdraw money from the machine. Even though what I wanted to withdraw was under the limit the machine has for me to withdraw it was apparently over the limit the CU would allow me to withdraw from the ATM in one day. I then had to wait forever for someone to answer my call on the machine, only to finally get someone, go through all the steps yet they couldn’t help me because the machine I was on would not scan my license and no one “in the branch” was available to come scan it for her. So I had to hang up on that machine and use another one to start all over. Since taking away in person tellers service has gone extremely down hill. What should have taken 5 minutes max took me almost an hour to do!!

I wish I could have did my overdraft form via email since my home location is no longer available. But overall everything else was great

The Team Member was very respectful - she waited on me to get my pencil so I could write a helpful number down to restore by password.

I can’t think of anything that should have been done differently.
