In person banking at branches, drive through/motor bank locations and ATM locations. We used to have access to branch/banking services on Saturdays for a limited amount of hours and that went away which was largely disappointing. Really just the decrease in actual branch locations and the introduction of Teller 2.0 has been disappointing.

I have had a line of credit for around 15 yrs with Smart Financial. I missed one payment and they closed the account. Then when a customer service called to get payment I got scoped and just about yelled at because I could make didn’t make the payment on time. She even stated herself this is my first missed payment and I should have payed on time. Sorry life happens sometime. Especially 1 late payment in 15 yrs.

Zoe was AMAZING!! She was patient and did not mind that I was a bit slow to understand the issue. She explained in a way that let me know she wasn’t irritated and enjoyed being able to assist me. She did not hang up until the issue was resolved. This was on of the best customer service experiences I have ever had!!

Loan officers that used to care about your needs to being shut downright away when I needed another loan. I left took my money to Shell credit union and it's been the best experience ever! I never will go back to Smart Financial!!

I have been a member starting with the Teacher's Credit Union in 1969. I have been so disappointed with the promises and reassurances I have received during the past few years. I am considering changing to a bank that will listen and take appropriate action when needed. As of yet I have not experienced that in a very long time.
