The cardhub didn’t open on my computer but I went to another computer that worked.I was surprised to find out that if a member put a hold on my debit card, it was permanent and I would have to apply for a new debit card.

The second associate was very helpful. She took time to do research but the first associate didn’t take out a lot of time(on this date 1/29/26) whoever took my call the second time I called in was helpful as I stated!!
