Kudos to call center rep, Desiree. After my initial call to her, I found it necessary to make a 2nd follow-up call to the call center. Desiree again answered that call and responded in the same courteous, professional manner she did in the first call. She is a very valuable asset to SFCU. Give her a raise!

My issue was not fixed. I could tell she was new as she kept having to put me on hold. She could not answer my questions about the issue and processed a request even though it wasn’t what I wanted. I was told she would have a supervisor call me back with a resolution, but I have yet to hear from anyone within

I was upset due to a wire transfer problem. Christopher was very professional and composed. I knew it wasn't his fault, but I did vent my frustration. I asked for a supervisor and my issue was addressed exceptionally well. The supervisor took the extra step to call and tell my wife the wire transfer was received and the money was available. The only thing I could suggest making this experience better would be customer available process to track wire transfer with notifications. That was the core of the problem.

Be a little nicer, and get the automated line working so I want have to call and speak to a live personThat system has been down too long!!!!
