I think that Rebekah tried to help me understand the situation with my auto loan payment amount but her explanation didn't make sense and it was obvious that she didn't really understand either but was telling me what she'd been told.

Perhaps a way for the call representative to just send a text message back to say the issue was resolved successfully, instead of a phone call, if it would be any faster/easier

She repeatedly provided incorrect information and delayed a resolution to my time sensitive issue. I then went to the branch office where Rachel Winters went above and beyond to take care of my matter. She later called to follow up and ensure my satisfaction.
