Why when I try to send money to my son it says my limit is ZERO DOLLARS?????Also I cannot do a MOBIL DEPOSIT of a check I received. My brother who also banks with you does not have these problems

Going on line is not user friendly for me, as it is difficult because I do not go online except once every 6 months or so . I am cut off automatically, and have to re-register when I do go on. I have chosen to do on line banking with other entities, who make it easier. Discover on line is a great example. Also, your interest rates remain low on savings accounts, when others can give so much more.

My account continues to be hit with fraud. No attempts have been made on your part to immediately shut off the account when multiple similar amounts are taken out in short succession.

Staff in the Fulshear office were wonderful. I picked Smart for the convenient location, on line banking is fine but once in a while I need to talk to a person. As the Fulshear office has been closed I have to call for other information. Now I learn that the CU is merging and I have no idea how this will affect my bank card, standing orders or where the nearest office will be

Very difficult to get access to the funds in the account. The inability to link the account to other banks/and or the limited daily tranfer amount is not convenient.

Need to have the ATM machines working at all timesNeed to have more banks around city of Houston. More ATM machines.
