1.Lack of follow through to provide customer needs; ie rates decreases on 2 cars loans that were promised , documents to be retrieve and sent to customer,bill of sale in which transaction and Bill of Sale/delivery of car was done in Smart Finanical Credit Union office. Upset, with smart financial fraud center to block my debit card, because I said no to a 150.00 charge. So now I have to wait 7 days for a new card. The charge for the gas I made had gone through just fine. Then I got an alert for 150.00.
