Lack of communication about the need to verify my flood insurance by a third party, although the bank collects escrow on my mortgage to pay the flood insurance. Also, I left a message on the mortgage side and still have not received a call back.

The banking process has just gotten laborious, impersonal, and slow. It's almost like banking at CHASE (which I hate). There are no tellers to talk to, 1 to 2 persons at the branch, longer hold times on the phone, reduced hours of operation. Then the loan and mortgage department says leave us a message and then they respond next day or 2 days later over a weekend. This is becoming a full bank which is not the desired credit union experience. TDECU is discussing a merger without much disclosure; I only heard about it from a friend who banks with TDECU. We may just leave soon if things continue to decline.

There seems to be a much greater than necessary lag on all transactions UNLESS they benefit your institution above your customers.

I had a payment returned that I have been receiving in my account for over 4 years that was rejected. I am now told that I have to add an account for a 10 year old without any notice. I have been banking with you for over 20 years and I have never experienced anything like this.

I have a savings account for emergency funds. It cost me $10 to get my money but you use it for pennies on the dollar. I will be closing my account as soon as my direct deposit starts with my new bank.

I cannot use my Apple Pay at any gas station pumps. I constantly get declined and messages and calls from the fraud center even after I confirm it is me trying to make purchases. I am currently out of the country and I put a travel notice and my card is still unable to be used. If I didn’t have any other cards with me I’d be unable to do anything with my own money which is so fru

You operate more like a bank and not a credit union. I’ve been a member for over 20 years and denied for a refi. And another credit union approved in 1 hour.
