Thank you for asking. I want to have electronic access to my accounts. I have gone into the office for assistance, and was told to register online. I have tried to do so, but needed some assistance, and telephone assistance is not available. Live customer service is a necessity for me, and there is NO assistance. So I will not recommend anyone to have such a gap in services.

Having my online purchases declined and putting a block on my card.I understand the reasoning, however— when I frequently make online purchases, especially ones that are more expensive than what I was ordering, there’s no reason it should appear as fraud.Maybe have a text sent out or call asking if it was me… instead of declining it, blocking my card, and then sending an email that automatically got put in my spam folder.I enjoy my banking with Smart Financial—I’ve had the least amount of issues since I switched.But the fraud protection can be a little too sensitive at times… Marking orders as fraud, when I’ve ordered from the same website not even three months prior.Also still having issues with third party companies, such as; Klarna, Affirm, etc…Not being able to use my card.Thank you.

I really need help and you all keep turning me down…no other options or suggestions to me, I had to ask if there were any other options…I asked about using the equity from my home and was told to call the mortgage department.
