Smart removed teller lines from almost every branch which pretty much turned the building into a abysmal oversized atm. Customer service went away with the teller lines. Stuck using a box with a remote teller and a handset that never works so all your info is blasted on speaker for the world to hear on every transaction needed. Remote tellers tend to make it extra difficult to conduct simple tasks. Dread having to step foot into a branch. Staff is not friendly and typically seems bothered that someone walked in. Doubt anything will change. Used to be a great place.

Banking and the loan process are great. I haven’t been able to log into my account on the App for over a year. I’ve called to try to get access and still nothing.
