When you removed the free checking option, I decided to leave. I still have my member share account in case you ever bring back free checking with no direct deposit requirement. Also I miss the translucent green check card design you used to offer.

I don't like going in the lobby and doing transactions with a screen. There are only two screens available in the credit union location in Pearland and sometimes it is quite a long wait if there are customers that are not familiar with the technology or if there is not a video associate available. I also dislike the bank being closed on Wednesday afternoon and not being able to call a customer service rep on Wednesday afternoon.

the upcoming merger is making me very nervous performing the merger will lessen the service i receive. you own a stadium... do you need to get any bigger. we do not need the merger with a trash company. read a review or two. how could you

I hadn't used my Smart Financial Credit card in 3 or more years because the interest rate is not competitive. My plan is to pay off as soon as possible. I can get 8% loan through a whole life insurance policy. At one time Smart Financial had a more competitive interest rate for their best customers who have good credit ratings. Also, the process to make online payments needs tobe madee simpler an more straightforward.

I came to you for a consolidation loan and the lady called me back and took all my information. She said I was approved for Smart Financial to pay the bills for me and she will send me something in the email. I never received it and no follow up call. I explained that I work in a prison and it's hard for me to call her back because I can't bring my phone to work and have no access to a phone. That was very disappointing for me. Thank you for the gesture
