The call center was fine. I give an F to smart financial. No branch in Katy. The fraud department is overseas. The is ridiculous! Fraud department oversees! Most do not speak English very well. Hire American workers! Stop the greed. Put customers first! It takes almost 2 weeks to get a new debit card, stupid in this day and time. Put people over profits.
